P-Series Monthly SaaS Fee

• Any TPN for a P-Series terminal must include a $9.95 SaaS fee.
• Dejavoo charges this fee for each TPN created.

If the merchant only wants a P Series terminal, such as a P1 or P3, they do not need to complete the Deja Pay Pro finance packet process. They just need to specify the correct P Series terminal they are requesting.

Dejavoo Monthly Fees

Dejavoo bills the merchant directly for the following monthly software fees:

• Retail: $34.95/month
• Restaurant: $44.95/month

These fees do not need to be added to the merchant application.

Required Dejavoo Finance Packet

To ensure Dejavoo bills the merchant correctly, the merchant must complete the finance packet using the link below (physical/written recurring forms will not be accepted):

Please make sure the merchant selects one of the following options:

• “CC Finance Denovo Form”
• “ACH Finance Denovo Form”
  

Once completed, the system will automatically send the finalized DocuSign packet to the merchant’s email address on file.

Please attach the completed DocuSign packet to the application along with the required site survey.

Site Surveys

There are separate site surveys for:

• Retail merchants
• Restaurant merchants

Please make sure the correct survey is completed based on the merchant type.

Important D1 Information

• The D1 is NOT a bundle.
• The D1 cannot run card transactions by itself.
• If the merchant wants to print receipts, they must also have a terminal.
• A Dejavoo P1 can be used as a free placement terminal, but it will still require the $9.95 SaaS fee.  The Z8 Terminal can be used without a Saas Fee

P18 Information

• The P18 can replace the D1, but it must have a printer connected.
• The P18 cannot be paired with a pin pad.
• The P18 must connect to a wired printer to print receipts.
• The P18 can process tap, insert, and swipe transactions.

P18 Pricing:

• Purchase: $600
• Rental: $55/month

D1 Pricing

• Purchase: $450
• Rental: $40/month

Please note: The merchant will be billed directly by Dejavoo in addition to any monthly rental equipment pricing billed through Wholesale Payments.

Additional Equipment Pricing

Cash Drawer:

• $150 purchase
• $10/month rental

Pin pads and any additional equipment must be purchased or rented separately.
